Let us beginšŸ˜‰. Obviously reading that catchy title bought you here, so donā€™t worry you are in the right place. Today, I will be discussing with you some of the useful tips and tricks that can help you come out of that orthodox thinking or fixed mindset to a healthy growth mindset where you will be welcoming unique and different ideas, brainstorming on them and eventually finding the best suit.

I know thatā€™s a bit exaggeratingšŸ¤£

Steps towards Growth mindset

First, I will be listing them down and then we will be discussing them briefly one by one:

  1. Self talk
  2. Get out of your comfort zone
  3. Create new habits
  4. Ask people help
  5. Fake it till you make it

Tip 1:

Self talk

The conversations you have with yourself are a direct reflection of your mindset. If we encourages yourself thatā€œI can do itā€ and put in the effort to achieve it we will eventually achieve it but if we are not confident that either I can do it or not, we wonā€™t try and in the end will never be able to achieve it. It is as simple as that we need to remove that negative self-talk to an empowerment (motivational) speech by telling yourself that really helps us to keep our hopes high and get what we wish to get.

Tip 2:

Get out of your comfort zone

Life is not a bed of roses that you keep lying in bed and some angels will come to feed you the entire life. You need to come out of your comfort zone, sacrifice something less important to achieve what actually is important for you. For example you are hungry and want to eat something but you are feeling cold and donā€™t want to come out of that soothing comforter to go to the kitchen to get food, you wonā€™t be able to get it. Your family or mother might serve you for couple of days but eventually in the long run they will say please serve yourself. we also got other work to do.

Tip 3:

Create new habits

Different habits help us think differently and adopting new habits everyday help us think differently to grow leaving behind that monotonous routine and boring schedule that demotivates us. We tend to loose our focus and unique ideas but sticking to one path.

Tip 4:

Ask people help

Asking for help makes us humble and social and on the other hand welcoming new creative thoughts when multiple brains focusses on a single plan. Helps us gather the best possible solutions and succeed by collecting constructive feedback.

Tip 5:

Fake it till you make it

Last but not the least, this is a golden trick which is personally my favourite one. If you donā€™t agree with someoneā€™s perspective at first but at least give them a fair chance to express you might end up agreeing. Similarly, if you think you are not confident enough, try to enact and show that you are. It is psychological trick to tackle your mind and thoughts which will ultimately improve them in actual.

Conclusion:
